Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been shipped.
Refund & Replacement Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:
1. Damaged or Leaked Package: If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Incorrect Product Received: If you receive the wrong item, let us know within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Order Not Delivered: If your order is not delivered within 10 business days of dispatch, we will investigate with the courier. If undelivered due to our fault, we will issue a refund.
